I never watched Our Family Wedding for several reasons. For one, it’s about a wedding. I hate weddings. Secondly, it stars Carlos Mencia, Lance Gross, and America Ferrara, people who get on my nerves. But maybe you have none of these foibles and love a good comedic romp full of racial humor. In that case, you’ll be pleased to know that Our Family Wedding will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on July 13, 2010.

Here’s an official synopsis: “To have and to hold… ‘Til dads do us part. The battle of family traditions is on when Our Family Wedding ties the knot on Blu-ray and DVD July 13 from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. Academy Award winner Forest Whitaker (The Last King of Scotland) and Carlos Mencia (Mind of Mencia) star in this clash-of-cultures comedy about two overbearing dads who must put aside their differences to plan a wedding for their children, Marcus (Lance Gross; Meet the Browns) and Lucia (America Ferrera; Ugly Betty), in less than two weeks. As the wedding brings out the best and worst in both families, the young couple soon discovers the true meaning of love and finds there is truth to the saying – that when you marry someone, you marry their entire family.”
